Return Policy
We want to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, you can return items within 30 days of receipt if you meet the following conditions:
- The product is not worn or used.
- All parts and packaging must be intact and in their original condition.
- The product should show only normal signs of handling; unfortunately, we cannot accept items damaged due to careless handling.

- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items that cannot be returned due to their nature

Any defective items must be reported immediately upon receipt.
Returns will be processed within 7 business days. If your return meets all conditions, you’ll receive official acknowledgment within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returns if items appear used or damaged through no fault of ours.
How to Return Your Order

Upon approval of your return request, you will receive detailed instructions via email from our customer service team. These instructions are designed to guide you through every step of the return process.

Please note that all returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Never send the return shipment to the sender. After you request the return, we will send you the correct return address.
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order within 1 hour of placing it. After this period, our system immediately processes your order to ensure fast shipping. This means that your order is automatically sent to our warehouse, where it is packed and prepared for dispatch as quickly as possible. Because of this automated process, we are unable to cancel or make changes once this stage begins.
However, once your order arrives, you are welcome to return the items if needed.
